QUESTIONS BEFORE THE BELL

Good to know.

What is Jabcall?

Jabcall calls your next boxing combination with color and voice cues. Start shadowboxing in your browser, or use the app to record rounds with the timer and callouts included.

How do color callouts work?

Assign a combination to each color: green for a jab, yellow for a one-two. Follow the cue when the screen changes. You can change both the colors and combinations.

How does it help solo training?

Callouts keep you moving without having to plan every combination. Start with movements you know and set a pace that suits you. Jabcall does not assess your technique or replace a boxing coach.

Are recordings uploaded to a server?

Training videos recorded in the app are saved on your device. The timer and callouts are included so you can review a round or choose to share it yourself.

Can I use Jabcall on a gym TV?

Gym TV shows two demonstrations, a boxing curriculum and coaching points together. Choose “Play both sides” in your smart TV browser to rotate through prepared pairs or repeat a selected pair. Support varies by TV, so check playback and remote navigation before class. You can also connect a laptop to your TV.

Do I need to install anything?

Web combo training is free to use without installation. Available voices depend on your browser and installed system voices. Check the app store for device and country availability.
