These terms cover Jabcall web and app features including training timers, combo callouts, records, recording and available progression game features. The operator and contact point is the Jabcall team at kimtaedaeri@gmail.com. Features may vary by version, device and region.
02Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for people aged 14 and over. Minors must obtain parental consent where required by local law. Basic training works without sign-in. Social sign-in is optional; use only accounts you are authorised to use. Apple and Google accounts are not automatically linked. Keep account access secure and contact us if you discover unauthorised use.
03Training safety and game features
Jabcall is a training aid, not a substitute for personalised coaching or medical assessment. Make room to move and choose an intensity appropriate to your experience and condition. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or other concerning symptoms. Character stats, sparring results and belts are game indicators, not assessments of real boxing ability or health.
04Recordings and content rights
You retain rights to videos, audio and combos you create. Obtain necessary consent and permissions before recording or sharing other people’s voices or images. Do not impersonate others or use unlawfully copied content. File export and external sharing are your choice; Jabcall does not publish them automatically. Rights in Jabcall code, design, branding and supplied content remain with their respective owners; unauthorised copying or resale beyond use of the service is not permitted. You may use the provided training display for personal training or gym classes.
05Records and service use
The privacy policy explains which data syncs and which stays local. Videos, web recordings and game data are not all backed up to your account; keep your own copies of important files. Network conditions, operating systems and device storage can affect recording, audio and sync. System intrusion, excessive automated requests, accessing others’ accounts and service disruption are prohibited. We may restrict use proportionately in response, providing reasons and a way to appeal where possible.
06Charges, changes and ending use
If we offer paid features, we will disclose prices, billing periods and cancellation/refund conditions before purchase and will not charge without your authorisation. Store purchases are also subject to the store’s procedures and applicable law. Maintenance or incident response may interrupt the service; we will give advance notice of material changes or discontinuation where practicable. You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time.
07Responsibility, disputes and updates
Responsibility for service issues is determined under applicable law. These terms do not limit statutory consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Please first contact us to try to resolve disputes; applicable mandatory law and jurisdiction rules remain in force. We will announce material changes to these terms with their effective date and obtain consent where legally required.
